Monitor Wizard

Monitor Wizard 2.0 is an application package designed to collect various parameter values from measurement devices and sensors spread troughout a measurement network. The collected values are saved as .csv files, in a folder layout designed according to the layout of the real measurement network. The sistem can manage different types of connections, thus allowing for a complex network design with various measurement protocols. The collected values can be viewed as reports or in real time under  Microsoft Excel , the most commonly used data processing application. The Monitor Wizard application, spreads the collected values over the PC-network (LAN), enabling for multiple users on different PCs to view and process collected data simultaneously.

USB-MBus Converter

The USB-MBus Converter is designed to convert serial data, received over USB from a virtual COM port, to the MBus standard and, data received over the MBus standard to USB. The PC, where the converter is connected over USB is working as the master and the devices connected to the MBus are working as slaves. The Converter can take up to 10 MBus devices with a 1.5 mA standard consumption on the MBus. The communication speed on the MBus is set by the BaudRate of the virtual COM port. The USB-MBus Converter is powered by the USB port and the communciation is optically separated.

USB-RS485 Converter

The USB-RS485 Converter is designed to convert serial data, received over USB from a virtual COM port, to the RS485 standard and, data received over the RS485 standard to USB. The convertor can be used for a ModBus network. The PC, where the converter is connected over USB is working as the master and the devices connected to the RS485 are working as slaves. The Converter can take up to 20 ModBus devices. The communication speed on the RS485 is set by the BaudRate of the virtual COM port. The USB-RS485 Converter is powered by the USB port and the communciation is optically separated.

TTH_D4A2 Module

The TTH_D4A2 module is designed to count pulses from reed relay output counters as well as to monitor switches. The module can also measure two analog inputs of 0(4)-20mA or 0-10V. The measured data is sent over a RS485 connection using the ModBus protocol. The module needs a 220 VAC power supply and the communciation is optically separated.
